“This was an outstanding stay front the minute we arrived. We opened the door to a bright, spacious, spotless mini apartment. Anything’s needed like a corkscrew was happily provided t the front desk. The breakfast was plentiful wit choices of coffee, juices breads pastries cheese meats and toaster. Housekeeping was outstanding allowing us to return to a spotless room every evening. We saved a forte by staying here and easily took the #3 but thee d of the street straight to the historic city……

“I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apartment hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apartment right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apartment next door……

“Great location.Friendly and efficient staff.Nice room and roof terrace. The only thing perspective guests should be aware of and this outside the propertys control is that there are community recycling bins right on the street which get emptied every day sometimes on multiple occasions.... In the early hours and could possibly wake you from sleep.We were certainly aware of it during our stay.Is it a deal breaker,well that's up to you.”

It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. “The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and bright with well defined areas, kitchen, seating area and bedroom all with their own lighting. The apartment is between two squares, one with bars and the other with a garden and the balcony was a great place to stand, take in the atmosphere and watch the sunset. It was ideally located a few minutes away from the Cathedral etc and lots of local bars. My only really minor quibble was that we only had one dishwasher tablet for a four day stay so had to……

“Tatiana had been a great host to us. Communication skill was perfect. Her restaurant recommendation and sightseeing tips were very precise and accurate Her prompt ability to solve problems was efficient. The only issue we encountered was - the only window was facing central sky light of the building, so there is no fresh air circulation. Only option was to keep air-con on - there was no kettle, got hot water from coffee machine ”

“Estuvimos con mi familia en Sevilla y muy contentos con el edificio, habitación y limpieza del departamento. Está bien ubicado en el centro de Sevilla. “Had a pleasant stay in Seville! The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and great lighting. The property felt very safe and secure, which was reassuring. However, parking was a challenge—they should make it clear that parking is limited and consider offering discounted options. "The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*

"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too..."
