“This nice villa is a 15 minutes drive from the centre of Seville and very well positioned for exploring Andalusia. The property is clean, well maintained, with a nice garden with orange and lemon trees which were conveniently ripening during our stay. There is also a swimming pool, and a tennis table. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted. We only gave four stars for accuracy of online listing, simply because of the number of stairs to the master suite and their design. Anyone uncomfortable……

“This charming property is right next to the wall of the Alcázar gardens. You climb one flight of stairs to reach two bedrooms (one with an en suite bath); climb another flight, and you’re at the living-dining-kitchen area (with another bathroom); one more flight to the “penthouse” bedroom (again with its own bathroom!) and balcony. Impeccably clean, well situated, with excellent views. ”

“We decided to stay at this location with our large family of 8. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled of gutter and we saw several roaches. The first night, we had to kill them ourselves. I have photo proof. They proceeded to spray the first floor with pesticide and the extra folks had to cram into the two rooms that didn’t have roaches and clean up the dead bugs and roaches ourselves. I paid $2600 for a three night stay. They only offered 15% back as an apology. This isn’t enough as half the……
