“La entrada del edificio olió lo de 5 días a caño, el desagüe de la regadera estaba tapado y se salía el agua, tardaron 36 horas en mandar a alguien a destaparlo, se reporto que la regadera no funcionaba y el técnico no la pudo arreglar y los 5 días tuvimos que bañarnos con la de mano, 🔚 finalmente hubo una confucion con el día de salida que ya estamos reclamando y las señoritas fueron agresivas y majaderas, tengo los watts, pésima experiencia ”

"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*

"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too..."
