“old basic simple motel. The man at check in was nice and very helpful but charged me extra for having my two kids with me. i’ve never been charged extra for kids but it was only $10. The room was clean and the area was safe. worth it if your saving money ”

“We had an amazing time visiting this location - house is as beautiful as the pictures! We saw manatee, dolphins, and a few small gators right off the dock - a pleasant surprise to our trip :) the host has all the necessities at your disposal; zip locks, towels, pillows, blankets, coffee filters, ice, etc!!!! This is so helpful to have on hand!I highly recommend visiting Rainbow Springs State park in Dunnellon while you’re there, you won’t regret it!”

“What a gorgeous location and property! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful! It is very close to Rainbow River State Park and KP Hole! We really enjoyed the large backyard! Sunny was very communicative and responded promptly every time!”

The neighborhood is quite, neighbors are friendly, and its close to stores ans restaurants. If you like preparing your own meals the kitchen has most everything you might want. We will return.
