“My wife and I spent 7 days in Positano we were surprised by this hotel wonderful service from everyone, but the one person that went above and beyond was Alfonso he was very friendly and extremely helpful with everything we needed, I cannot thank him enough for his attention again thank you Alfonso The hotel was very beautiful and convenient close to ferries and beaches highly recommended”

“Loved the location of property. Easy to get to major attractions within a mile and also the metro. It is on the major road so it can be noisy and crowded. The property was clean and felt comfortable staying there. The staff was awesome and helpful. Included breakfast each morning which was good. We walked from train station. It was an easy walk. “This place is truly a palazzo! The rooms are unlike any I’ve ever stayed in. The artwork, furnishings and public areas are akin to being in a museum. That being said, the room was comfortable and airy. A wonderful breakfast spread was supplied. Drawbacks: it felt slightly understaffed. A few times I went to the desk and there was nobody around. “This property was so gorgeous but more impressive were the owners Mr Gerardo and his wife. They made our first stay in Amalfi so much more pleasant by helping us from the very first days of arrival until departure! Gerardo picked us up and dropped us off. The bedrooms were cleaned daily beds made and fresh towels. Very happy with my stay here and will recommend to others travelling to Naples.”
