“First time in Calabria, visiting some native friends of the region. The outside was well kept. We loved the open layout of the inside. Kitchen had all the essentials. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy. If we are ever back in Calabria we will defiantly consider staying here again!”

“This was the perfect spot for our 2-family vacation. We swam, cooked and lounged in the beautiful yard. Would Devi I Troy stay again! Only suggestions are to better explain the AC (Once we figured out how to best use we didn’t have problems) and to upgrade linens by providing pool towels.”

“Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help.”

“Eigentlich kann man hierfür keine Worte finden. Die Unterkunft war einfach nur schön. Der Sonnenaufgang, die Aussicht und die Ausstattung waren perfekt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können hier bedenkenlos eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Lucia war völlig unproblematisch. “The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. Grazie bellissimo”

“La maison est étonnante et la vue superbe. Nous avons adoré l’architecture de la villa et bien sûr l’accès direct à une petite plage aux eaux translucides depuis la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Ivana qui a su répondre très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Quelques commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance. A recommander, très bel endroit !!! Seule réserve : il semble qu’il y ait une……

“La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile.”

“The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. There are a few lidos dotted along the beach for refreshments. San Sostene itself is quiet with few facilities so a CRA is essential, but nearby……
