“We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina……

“This was the perfect spot for our 2-family vacation. We swam, cooked and lounged in the beautiful yard. Would Devi I Troy stay again! Only suggestions are to better explain the AC (Once we figured out how to best use we didn’t have problems) and to upgrade linens by providing pool towels.”

Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir beeindruckt von der schnellen und hilfreichen Kontaktaufnahme zu Rosella und Francesco. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet und gut organisiert. Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Anlage ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.……

“As soon as you check in on Davide's property, you realise how much effort and care was put into every detail.I feel that anything I said would just mimic the description of the property from the website, so I won't do that. Instead, I'd say, if you are planning to visit this area I strongly recommend you considering staying on this property. We stayed three families with children ranging from 5-10 years old. “Eigentlich kann man hierfür keine Worte finden. Die Unterkunft war einfach nur schön. Der Sonnenaufgang, die Aussicht und die Ausstattung waren perfekt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können hier bedenkenlos eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Lucia war völlig unproblematisch. “Wir waren zu viert in der Ferienwohnung, der Blick aufs Meer ist ein Traum, die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Nach Pizzo mit dem Auto sind es keine 5 Minuten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ”

“The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. There are a few lidos dotted along the beach for refreshments. San Sostene itself is quiet with few facilities so a CRA is essential, but nearby……

“Die Unterkunft hat alles gehalten, was sie im Vorfeld auf der Homepage versprochen hat. Die schöne ruhige Lage des Hauses inmitten eines kleinen gepflegten Parks mit altem Baumbestand war top - das Haus war blitz sauber gereinigt - toller sauberer Strand mit glasklarem Wasser in ca. 50m Entfernung - Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, "konnte nicht besser sein." Es war ALLES vorhanden was es für einen entspannenden Urlaub braucht. ”

“La maison est étonnante et la vue superbe. Nous avons adoré l’architecture de la villa et bien sûr l’accès direct à une petite plage aux eaux translucides depuis la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Ivana qui a su répondre très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Quelques commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance. A recommander, très bel endroit !!! Seule réserve : il semble qu’il y ait une……

“This is a wonderful villa, just 5 minutes walk from the private beach, which is stunning. The villa is beautifully fitted out with air conditioning, a large outdoor seating area and a wonderful garden for the kids to play in. It’s in a quiet area, benefitting from two lovely communal pool areas for daily use. I cannot recommend enough !”

“Eine tolle idyllische Finca am Fuße des Stiefels. Sehr gepflegte Anlage in typisch süditalienischem Stil. Ganz liebe Verwaltergemeinschaft um die Chefin Sophie Talarico Wir waren 15 Erwachsene und somit so gut wie vollbesetzt. Speiseräume und Kücke reichen übrig für diese Personenzahl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dahin gehen. Danker an Sophie für eine schöne Zeit :-)”
