“We booked this as a 3 day getaway and it was exactly that. The unit was as advertised, the view from the 22nd floor was awesome! We thought it would be windy but it wasn't. Having a 2nd bathroom to use was fantastic. The whole complex was not crowded so there were no issues with the extremely speedy elevators - there are three elevators on our side of the complex. Using the steam sauna was an extra benefit that we really liked. We brought our own beach equipment and was glad we did as the……

“Great neighborhood. Loved the variety of pools/hot tub options! Absolutely loved the fact that they had a pool for my toddler, and she certainly loved that too! The only thing that caught me by surprise was having to pay to park and buy everyone staying an armband, which was not mentioned when I booked the room, it actually said “free parking” ”

“The unit we stayed in was wonderful and the owner was on top of everything. The building's common areas could be refreshed. Some of the elevators need attention as they are slow.”

“The condo was amazing, they thought of everything as far as beach gear, games, etc. The only issue we had was the thermostat kept going up to 79 degrees. You had to get up every 2 hours to lower it back down. Other then that we will definitely use this property again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Horizon South. It’s in a great location to get to the beach and Pier Park. The rental agency was very responsive with the one question we had about the shower. The property needs a few touchups- minor cosmetic things which I’m sure will be addressed when the high season is over. The kitchen is very small and could use a few basics- mainly just a larger colander and salt and pepper but these are minor things and just some take away from my stay. Would definitely……
