“The property was in a great location. The pictures were accurate Except for the "game room." There were things happening that might have been out of the owners control (water, electricity) however the house manager BRENDA is a JEWEL! She came over to address every concern, followed up with things that were happening and knew this house like the back of her hand. She has been so Kind even after our stay. As a note to the owners, throw the whole gameroom away. It was musty and the game tables……

“We all absolutely loved staying here!! The location was spot on..Our only complaint was that we were only furnished 1 roll of toilet paper per couple, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags for a 6 night stay, we had to go buy more after we had spent close to 3,000 on the condo.”

“Overall, our stay was good! We did have several issues with dishwasher not working, bathtub being clogged and grill not cleaned…..BUT owner was very quick to respond and get everything fixed! House is very open and lots of space. Beach access was great and close to Pier Park. I would recommend bringing your own pillows, as the ones there are not good! Beds were okay. We only had 3 couples staying there, so was quite spendy for us…we were expecting a little higher quality for the……

“The location of the property is fantastic! Barely a 5 minute walk to the water! Everything was very clean! The kids loved the proximity to the pool too! The only drawback from our weekend trip was how uncomfortable the couch and chair are. There is no cushion left. We reached out to the owner to provide feedback and we were informed that they were less than a year old. Even the kids were uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was lovely!”

“Dolphin waves townhouse was true to advertisement, very clean, and with all accommodations for stay with family and friends. Great for children and pets. It is not near a pet friendly beach but has outdoor areas to walk and play with your animals. Absolutely gorgeous beach views from the main living area and main bedroom with direct access to the beach. Can’t beat the location. Owners were very responsive and even found parking spaces for us when we had more than two vehicles. 10/10 recommend……

Second, there are significant additional fees you only know about if you read ALL THE WAY to the end of the listing. Parking is not free. Amenities, including the pool and beach access are not free.
