“The house was clean with ample room for all 8 of us. We utilized their clean baby bassinet and baby chair. All beds were a perfect place to unwind after every adventure we attended! Our last boat ride to shell island was held up and we clocked out late. The owner understood our situation and let us back in to get everything ... very sweet people!”

The place is a bit dated but is spacious and served our needs.Beach is a few steps away and grocer store is walking distance as well.I recommend this townhouse for larger groups and families. ”

“Before we ever got to PCB, we had some trouble with our payment through VRBO. I think this was all the fault of VRBO; the property manager was very responsive and tried to be helpful. VRBO never managed to get it fixed, so I had to Zelle the payment to the property manager. It worked out ok, but it caused a lot of stress, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by VRBO. “Thank you again for your hospitality! You were one of the most responsive and considerate hosts I’ve stayed with, and we really appreciated that. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few cleanliness issues stood out — the bathtub in back bedroom had stains, there was sand in one of the bunk beds, the kitchen counters were sticky, and the trash can had an odor with no extra bags.
