“Awesome and Super Clean hotel. Super convenient right in the middle of Holiday, New Port Richie and ClearWater Bay. Zoey was amazing to deal with when we asked for an early check in. She situated us next to each other. I was very very surprised that the hotel was very clean and had zero bad smell. We've checked in on some sketchy hotels that was supposedly good but this place was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was good and the service lady in the morning was very attentive to any of our……

“No one answers the calls to the front desk from your room. I called multiple times no answer. The floors were really dirty. We found ramen noodles and bacon on the floor. Juice spilled in the fridge. The floors were so dirty it turned a white towel brown when wiping up water. I talked to the front desk lady the next morning about everything and she just acted like I was waisting her time…….”

“The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks……
