“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“From the photos when I booked, we were expecting beach front property, so we could walk down on the beach. That was disappointing, but the view was very pretty from our 4th floor corner room. We were also surpised that it was a suite, which was nice. We would have liked a sofa or high back comfort chair in the room. ”

“Close to downtown Tarpon. Rooms were spacious. Continental breakfast was basic. We had a small verenda overlooking a spacious pool that had beautiful flowers and greenery. Only disappointment I can honestly say is that the pool closed at sundown. I would have liked a swim after dinner. Regardless, i definitely would stay here again. ”

“The hotel was nice and modern. The lobby was nice. Staff was welcoming. Idk how many people man the front desk but I’ve called a couple times and no one answered. Too modern design that they don’t have ample space to hang clothes or even drawers to keep anything. We were there for 4 days and our clothes lived inside the suitcase or spread out the ledge/couch? below the TV. The bed was nice but too low. “Comfort Inn properties have definitely UPPED their game! This location is a prime example. Wonderfully new, like that new car smell. Very quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. This was the second time we got to stay at this hotel. We came back because of the excellent first experience. We will probably return, if the occasion arises to bring us back to the vibe of downtown New Port Richey. ”
