“i was assigned a room in 4th floor (no elevator) even though i am disabled person. Clerk lied and said there were no rooms in my cstogory in the lower floors, and that i had booked the asdigned room on the 4th floor. affter i informed her that i booked this catogory of room at the location before and my room was on the first floor the answer changed to all the lower rooms are full. Also clerk did not want to give me a reciept for the required deposit for the keycard. Only after much discussion……

“The facility was not like it was portrayed on the internet. I am not tall, only 5' 7" and I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and still not sitting on the floor. There was no A/C in the main Living room, dining room kitchen combination! ”

“Everything is quite good. Big and cozy room, quite environment at high level. The only thing need to improve is that I have to wait for around 15 mins when I Check in at around 7pm. The staff need to answer the call and hold me; and the room is yet ready, need 10 more mins to get the card.”
