“Strange experience with this rental. Arrived in the dark, no instructions to key box, no lights on, entered and found a hole in ceiling in family room with stuff hanging off the ceiling. No information provided about WiFi, I had to message the host and waited a couple hours before receiving a response. Master bed had some kind of plastic bed cover over mattress crunched every time you’d move, towels in master bath were paper thin, miss matched, floors and stove were dirty. This house is not……

“Mostly renovated older home with good furnishings and plenty of space. House was clean and about what I expected based on the photos. It's across the street from the lake, but there's a water treatment plant there on the shore, so look up if you want a better view. Note that garage is not accessible, and several stairs are required to get up to the house. “We were in town for a family birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable and in an easy location to reach all Guntersville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Unlike many rentals, this property does not have the usual incidentals so bring your own soap or shower gel, laundry supplies, and first morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. ”

“We brought a boat so we could fish when we weren't playing baseball in Albertville. Perfectly situated near a boat ramp, with the house having a good setup for up to 6. Water was hot, AC worked good, house was clean and just as advertised. We'll stay in this home again instead of a hotel when when play on the lake, or in Albertville.Most of our 19' boat fit under the carport, and if you can handle backing a trailer down a multiple lane boat ramp, you won't have a problem with the driveway.11……

“A very nice Lake House! Located on a peaceful section of the lake, very nicely landscaped and maintained. The online pictures were spot on, no surprises. Easy Lake access and having the boathouse available was great. Pool was a lot of fun. Overall, a great vacation spot. Can’t wait to go back”

“One of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Owner is super responsive to any and all questions. Pool was so nice! The description left out that there’s actually 4 queen beds and 1 twin so you have plenty of room for the whole family. Home is much nicer than the pictures show. It is an older home so floors are creaky but not a problem unless you’re sleeping downstairs and have an early riser upstairs.
