“I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property”

“The cabin is located right on the water with a very nice yard. Parking was very easy enough room for at least two vehicles to be able to turn around. House was immaculate. The property and location were very calm and peaceful but also close to downtown where there are walking , restaurants here live music so much to do”

“A very nice Lake House! Located on a peaceful section of the lake, very nicely landscaped and maintained. The online pictures were spot on, no surprises. Easy Lake access and having the boathouse available was great. Pool was a lot of fun. Overall, a great vacation spot. Can’t wait to go back”

“The house is precious and great for families. Very well appointed with games, grill and even smores sticks. Location is in a residential neighborhood, but a 10 minute drive to main areas of Guntersville and public lake acces. ”

“Location was close to all the boat ramps we wanted to use. Parking was easy for us to get in and out of with our full sized truck and 22ft bass boat. Property had outside plug in for boat electronics. Property was clean and not overpriced. ”

“We were in town for a family birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable and in an easy location to reach all Guntersville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Unlike many rentals, this property does not have the usual incidentals so bring your own soap or shower gel, laundry supplies, and first morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. ”

“The property was exactly as advertised if not even better. So cute and comfortable. We were able to totally relax and rewind on the acreened in porch and then slept like rocks in super comfortable beds. We did a lot of cooking so only drawback is no dishwasher, but that was really no big deal! I give it the higest rating!”
