“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Room was attractive and bright. I selected this hotel bc I wanted a kitchen, and this one was well equipt with additional items you could borrow from the reception. It was also really reasonable! I guess because you're only paying for the room. There was no cleaning at all during our entire stay of 7 nights. Parking is extra, but the parking lot is really tight and often there isn't any spots available. It's really inconvenient. We found its much better to pay for parking at the opera parking……

“Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, quiet at night, located right in front of the Cathedral and next to all points of interest and restaurants, very convenient! The only issue that we had was with the internet which at the moment of our stay the property had problems with the signal, further than that our stay was a great one!!! ”
