“Haben extrem kurzfristig eine Übernachtung in Rouen gesucht und bei Emilien gefunden. Von der Innenstadt ca. 3,5 km entfernt, aber ein Supermarkt ist durchaus fussläufig zu erreichen.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. The location is excellent, with a lovely park nearby and both a supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Rouen itself, full of surprises and charm, is within walking distance. The large rooftop terrace was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.”

“The property was nicely situated and good inside. However, we found difficulty paying. The Property Managers only sent us payment details on the day we were checking in, and our mobile devices wouldn't let us pay over data (in the middle of the Channel!). Their Paypal system wasn't working, and so after hours of trying and messages going back and forth we managed to do it by direct bank transfer in the car as we drove to the property but it wasn't easy. “Appartement vraiment bien situé mais difficulté au moment de l’arrivée pas de code pas d’accès … finalement j’ai réussi à joindre la conciergerie.Tout est bien qui finit bien.J’ai passé un bon séjour mais pas de vaisselle, deux casseroles sans téflon et presque rien pour le petit déjeuner. Terrasse très sale et salle de bain qui sent les égouts.La banquette a des trous de cigarette.En dehors de ça on était ravis mais si vous cherchez un appartement niquel passez votre chemin. ”
