“We loved this property, but it does need some renovation to the second outdoor swimming pool which wasn’t available. We were also given no warning about The Beach facilities not being available and we were told there was a shuttle service to and from The Beach but this also wasn’t available. It was disappointing as we wanted a beach holiday. The hotel was lovely, but we probably wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known there were no beach facilities. “Good food options every day, the 24/7 restaurant and snack bars also offer good options. The resort overall was really enjoyable, with a decently priced spa with friendly and experienced staff. However the rooms could be cleaned better, we found dusty floors on the day we arrived around the bedside tables. The pools (indoors and outdoors) are quite cold, should be warmer. Overall was an enjoyable stay. ”
