“Tiny but perfect! The huge yard was a plus for the dogs to run and play. The kitchen has everything you need. The water pressure in the shower after a day of hiking felt amazing. The grill worked perfectly for dinner. We spent every night by the fire watching the beautiful sunset and we spent our nights in the hot tub watching the stars. The only con I have is the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but for a weekend away for 2 and our 3 dogs, it really was perfect. Oh and……

“Michelle was an excellent host. She was very friendly and talked to us each day we were there. Just so you know, this is a cabin. There is no running water or toilet. There is a shower house and port a john. Both were very clean and we really enjoyed the cabin itself. There is a nice porch, a covered porch and plenty of room for two adults and two kids (it was just us when we stayed. There is a ton of open space to hike and wander, like 100 acres worth. Pro tip- you need to bring your own……

“Was looking for a cabin that was away from all the noise on the 4th of July. Heard a little bit of noise off in the distance but barely. Definitely more of a hunting lodge, with nice tree stands close by. The beds having no frame is a little uncomfy but all in all was a great stay If you are looking to get away in the middle of nowhere.”

“Came to explore Hocking Hills & visit son at OU. Loved the trails on the property to take my 2 dogs instead of taking to HH, it is very well cleared and signed! Found the property & house well maintained and clean. I was able to cook meals there, so kitchen does have what you need! I appreciated the covers for the furniture, I had brought with me but was able to just use what was there. After hiking the hot tub was so nice. We will definitely stay here our next visit!”
