“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The big windows and doors offered a stunning view of the woods. The covered deck kept us cool in the sunny afternoons and also provided shelter as we watched a rainy evening blow in. An easy 15-20 minutes to stock up on groceries and grilling supplies. Our dogs had a great time visiting nearby Ash Cave. We hope to return again to enjoy other seasons here!”

“This is a great place near Hocking Hills and Athens! It's right off of SR 56 which provides easy access to both, but tucked away enough so that it still feels private. Intuitive layout, and 2 bathrooms are always nice. We didn't have any issues or complaints with our stay, and good communication with / from hosts. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. ”

“We wanted a stress free weekend get away and thats what this cabin provided. It was set back away from the road in a secluded spot. The firepit and hot tub area was so peaceful at night with a fire going. It was great that we could bring 2 of our dogs with us also! Only complaint we had the entire time there was that we didnt know to pick up firewood before arriving, but the owners had awesome directions posted inside the cabin on where we could get some...It wasnt far so it wasnt long before we……

“We needed somewhere close to Marietta College to stay and visit with our daughter after a lacrosse game. This was perfect! It was clean and close by and the layout allowed us time to visit, but gave us all privacy for sleeping! The driveway is very steep, but since we were prepared for it, we didn’t have any issues. “We really liked all the animals that come to visit. Never seen a groundhog before in my life but we had one that came by the house a few times so it was cool. The deer are everywhere, and very tame so please be careful and watch for them if you drive in the area. The restaurants in the area are very unique and super good. Try Rio bravo Mexican restaurant and the Chinese buffet in Mason West Virginia over the bridge. The landlord is a super sweet lady very knowledgeable of the area. We slept well……
