We have been vacationing together for 18 years and have stayed in a real variety of places and houses. This house is older, but has had some nice updates to the inside spaces. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The garage was a nice place to park two vehicles during a very hot and fairly stormy week. “This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. ”

The library in this home was a cozy favorite and we enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen table.It is an old house and with it comes some quirks, but overall a wonderful experience. The only piece to be aware of for families is the loud pump that can heard any time water is used. The host was friendly and the check in/out process was the easiest we have ever had with our trips.Looking forward to returning again in future years!”
