“Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in……

“This was a perfect property for 2 couples. 2 spacious BR w/king beds and two full baths gave us privacy with the generous living room providing a great shared space for us to talk and catch up. The building is charming. The kitchen was super small but well equipped. This was no problem as we didn’t come to cook. Location was outstanding. We used the car one time to drive to Tybee. Everything else was in easy walking distance. It would have been nice to have free parking but understandable that……
