“Very basic but also very effective and well priced for a stop over. Large well appointed room with kitchen area. Two major negatives though. 1. There are no blockout blinds, only a Venetian so no sleeping in and 2. Rooms are extremely noisy with hard floors are a lot of moveable furniture meaning anyone simply walking in the room above will have you searching for ear plugs.”

“For those who aren't interested in bells and whistles, this is a good choice: a clean, well-maintained hotel with comfortable beds, good pillows, and enough towels. My only criticism is the blanket was very thin and I had to double it and the bedspread to stay warm enough without cranking up the heat. Decent blankets would save on energy expended in heating the rooms at night.”

After a full day of road trip driving, it was nice to find that the Blue Mountain B&B was located right next to a very walkable, private forestry road which allowed us to get out and move…in a wooded and safe setting…magical! The bed is our room was quite comfy and our breakfast the next morning was delicious and satisfying. “Firstly, the LODGE app is HORRIBLE/doesn't work. BUT, the hotel itself is nice, although there is a decent amount of road noise; staying in a room opposite of the main road would probably fix most of that. The hotel building is older, but well-built and the remodel work done is very nice and minimalist; the space feels open and inviting. The only critique i have of the room itself is the European-style/door-less showers. The shower stall itself is too short for this to work well without easily……
