“My family of six stayed in this home for 10 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us, and the neighborhood was both quiet and safe. “Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive.
Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private.
We loved this place.

“The condo is in and excellent location very close to the City Mall and a really nice park the area was safe with lots of shopping and dinning within the area. The condo is new and clean the landscaping and pool area well maintained and security 24 hours. Very convenient and close to the airport and all major highways. Prompt and freindly responces from the hosts. I highly recommed these condos and will definately stay again.”

“Great place, plenty of room , decks and view abound, helpful staff and owner, everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Wildlife out your back door, pool a great touch to cool down but beach close and waves fun. Rent a golf cart and easy travel. Herradura close great food store. Though small one close by. Pickleball courts in Jaco, easy and friendly. National parks close, 10 good beaches on property and within 30-35 min. Will find our way back again. ”

“Great place to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica. Catherine was great with communication from start to finish. The facility is very well maintained. Both bedrooms are nice [only one bedroom has A/C]. With that said if you leave the doors open the A/C in living room does good with cooling off the place. Didn't try the restaurant onsite however great food options in the area. If you like Italian try Lo Spago. Santa Ana, Costa Rica was great and I would definetly book again with this host.

“Overall I’m very pleased. While being centrally downtown, there is easy access to banks, museums, parks and a wide choice of food! The only issues were figuring out where the light switches were, getting the shower to turn on and the traffic noise levels. “Extremely good value for the price. It was clean and the beds were comfy.The only difficulty we had was finding the place. There is no civic numbers like in the US or Canada or numbers so it is difficult to find a house. Then there is locks everywhere and at night is very difficult to find the padlocks.”
