“The hotel and room were great. The icing on the cake is Shelly in reception. What a lovely wonderful woman. Very friendly and very helpful.
The only problem was breakfast. Or lack of. No coffee in breakfast room, waffle maker was broken and very little substitutions. Dining room looked tired.”
