“We were greeted by SOULA and she is just a wonderful person super friendly, super kind super generous we met her down below at the ice cream shop and from the first moment we met we knew we have picked the right place. We stayed in the HERA room number 504 with the Parthenon view and it was just incredible. The apartments are clean not extremely big but definitely clean. We needed another fan and more pillows and they provided it to us immediately they have good air conditioning and the location……

“房間太細，活動空間有限，連一個25吋旅行篋也不能開啟，房間設計放置家居絕對出現問題，20平方竟然放了一個大衣櫃，枱子太大需旁邊有一個大空洞亦不能推入，淋浴位置三尖八角，轉身亦狹窄，所謂的窗外城市境就是熱辣辣的旁大冷氣機糟，亦會有維修人員在窗外平台來回，欠缺私穩，完全沒有隔音設備，每天晨早巳經被外出的住客及清潔人員吵醒（未夠八點），吃早餐地點是必須行出酒店外再過馬路去另一座集團酒店內進餐，極不方便。”
