“I loved staying here, extended for two more nights. The energy is excellent. It’s a family run hotel and the hosts are so kind and easygoing. Room was super clean and great AC. You can’t beat the views either. Short walk to two beaches, tons of parking. Great homemade breakfast overlooking the sea. Highly recommend!!”

“Stunning location. Very quiet. Katerina the owner was very friendly. My room was nice and clean, with a veranda over looking the lovely pool, and breathtaking sea views, towards Agistri. There's a great buffet breakfast too. To get this view, you have to drive up a mountain road. We did, in a small automatic car, no problem. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place. It's 10 minutes drive from Aegina port. And very a central location, if you want to visit Agios Nektarios monastery or……

“Ideally located by the marina and drop off for the ferry from Athens. Beach and gorgeous bay less that 100m away, with the main Marina strip of restaurants and bars within a few steps walk. Really good room for the price. Stayed here 4 nights. Incredibly helpful and friendly owner. Would recommend. ”

The service was good and pool area and public areas including the pool were also lovely. Our favourite part was the small beach with beautiful waters for swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“This is a very sweet place to stay in Perdika, only a 10 minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and small beach. The room was comfortable and clean and was refreshed daily. Although the two rooms we booked hadn’t been set up as requested, that was swiftly and kindly rectified by the staff (worth noting though that we booked a twin room for our teenagers which ended up being a double bed and a pull out trundle bed). The pool area is clean with towels available at reception (you must ask), and……

“Amazing stay as the view over the see is breath taking. We could spend hours on the terrace! The house is from the 70s/80s and so is the furniture. That was not an issue at all to me. House hold appliances (dish washer, fridge...) are brand new. The place was very quiet in October as the road down the house was not busy at all. The kitchen could be more equipped (lack of stoves). Unique down side are the bed not being comfortable due to over aged mattresses.”

“It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,……

“Clean hotel. Good breakfast and fresh. Nice pool and roof top bar. Room was cleaned daily and water was in the fridge daily. Bathroom needs a refurb but it's acceptable. ”
