“Such a nice place for hotel/apartment. The owners were very nice. Our room was lovely, looking out at the sea. We could sit on our balcony and eat and watch walkers and swimmers. Nice area to walk by the ocean and even though we ordered delivery while we were there, you could have walked to eat. Would have liked to have been able to just spend the day there. Parking on site was nice too with convenience to ferry and airport.”

“Here is the point. Although I had made reservations at least 2 months in advance, we were contacted a few days before the start of our stay and informed they did not have a room available for us. They needed to place us in an associated property of theirs nearby. I expressed frustration and again asked if they would honor my reservation (already paid), but they said a room was not available.
