“There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort.……

“Room was super modern and clean! Lots of amenities such as robes, slippers, toothbrushes and toiletries. We had a private hot tub on the 4th floor, staff was super friendly and stored our luggage after check out for several hours until we had to catch our flight. Very walkable location, and close to the train station. Was a 10/10 experience! Wish we could have stayed longer. Seriously, don’t hesitate on this place. Even had a view of the acropolis! ”

“It is a good hotel, and I had a remarkable stay in this hotel with my friend. You can get all you need in the room and the bed and environment are neat and tidy. I love the self-check-in and self check-out service. The owner of the hotel was very kind, sweet and caring. The hotel was very convenient, and the location is good to find too. “Pretty nice room. Main issues were door code not working initially (but was quickly resolved with a call), bed creaked A LOT (like even a light movement such as rolling over produced the loudest creak which woke me up a bit). I wouldn’t call it a “balcony” as much as a terrace. It’s a lower level apartment so not a balcony. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the hot water in the shower would vanish occasionally. Also- there wasn’t a thicker blanket provided so I had to search the……

“The apartment was very modern, clean and well taken care of. Great as a home base to enjoy Athens. Close to the tram and metro but not crowded with tourists. Unfortunately there is no laundry available. If you book parking be sure to follow up as we had an issue upon arrival. They did sort it out for us, but it was frustrating that we thought it was secured 8 months before arrival, and then we were told no availability when we arrived. Apartment cleaning service was a nice surprise especially……

“Really loved our time in Athens and the apartment was very good. Totally recommend and easy walking to the main tourist attractions.
