“There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort.……

“It is a good hotel, and I had a remarkable stay in this hotel with my friend. You can get all you need in the room and the bed and environment are neat and tidy. I love the self-check-in and self check-out service. The owner of the hotel was very kind, sweet and caring. The hotel was very convenient, and the location is good to find too. There is a lovely bakery called Pastry Vomvyla! They got the warmest heart people and bakery goods!”

“Pretty nice room. Main issues were door code not working initially (but was quickly resolved with a call), bed creaked A LOT (like even a light movement such as rolling over produced the loudest creak which woke me up a bit). I wouldn’t call it a “balcony” as much as a terrace. It’s a lower level apartment so not a balcony. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the hot water in the shower would vanish occasionally. Also- there wasn’t a thicker blanket provided so I had to search the……

“Apartment is exactly as shown, Gerry is creative with the interior and you have all that needed for vacation. My boys throughly enjoyed your house and we are so much grateful for your immediate assistance when we lost the keys and our bag.”

“Room was super modern and clean! Lots of amenities such as robes, slippers, toothbrushes and toiletries. We had a private hot tub on the 4th floor, staff was super friendly and stored our luggage after check out for several hours until we had to catch our flight. Very walkable location, and close to the train station. Was a 10/10 experience! Wish we could have stayed longer. Seriously, don’t hesitate on this place. Even had a view of the acropolis! ”

“Really loved our time in Athens and the apartment was very good. Totally recommend and easy walking to the main tourist attractions. Very busy road outside in the evenings but once we found our way around, very convenient to underground. Very tidy complex...nice!!!! Excellent in house laundry for the traveller.”

“It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,……
