“This basement apartment is new, modern and on a quiet street with parking however that is where the positives end. We have never been more frustrated staying somewhere. After a 5hr drive we arrived and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the refrigerator nor a roll of paper towels to wipe your hands in the kitchen. “The staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. Had a little trouble with getting the shower to work and could have done with instructions though should have asked for help really.
