“Hotel is nicely located on a quiet street with grass and trees. But, it is dated with basic amenities though nice sheets and towels. Front desk person was brand new and had no training. This website had not processed my payment and the young man didn’t know what to do. He kept calling us and basically made a mess of our check in. I would probably not stay here again.”

“We stayed in the Copper Beech Suite, which was spacious and comfortable. It has its own screened-in porch which was wonderful to sit on at all times of the day. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. And the breakfasts were very good. Highly recommended! ”

This was our first time at a Tru by Hilton and I will highly recommend. I will be traveling later in the summer and have reservation at another chain that I am considering cancelling if there is a Tru in the area. I love the options for seating and relaxing throughout the lobby and outside. ”

“We stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites Aikens Center 4-11 -4-13-25. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our king bed room was clean and comfortable. Lots of space! Towels were soft and plush. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, as well as waffles that you make fresh, yogurts, breads, danishes, etc. It was nice having protein available for breakfast to get the day off to a great start. Coffee, and hot water too. Room temp was good. Quiet. Location is……

“Room and facility overall were modern, clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. Kitchen area in the room is a big plus for those who prefer to eat in. Staff was pleasant. Included breakfast was the usual limited selection of low quality foods found in most of these affordable travel hotels. ”

“We came to Harper’s Ferry by bicycle after a muddy, wet ride. The hotel provided an area to hose off our bikes and clean up. Very friendly desk staff. We could walk into town from this location.”

Also pet friendly so we can bring our dog. Super convenient location right off the highway and near several good restaurants. Highly recommended. ”
