“We stayed for only one night. General service was good. The hotel is simple but nice and clean. The only problem we faced was the water in the pool was very cold. One of the employees said the water “warmer” was broken. Room was clean and comfy. This facility is very close to the National Park. I would stay again. ”

“The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest. “Hotel is nicely located on a quiet street with grass and trees. But, it is dated with basic amenities though nice sheets and towels. Front desk person was brand new and had no training. This website had not processed my payment and the young man didn’t know what to do. He kept calling us and basically made a mess of our check in. I would probably not stay here again.”
