“Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Es war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer ein Traum. Die Dame an der Rezeption ein Schatz. Also alles super. Und auch Hagnau ist sehr schön und ruhig gewesen und die Uferpromenade wunderschön😍 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder”

“The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. ”

“Nice breakfast, great location. The four bed room is more like a hostel, but still good for family stay.”

“Room and surrounding are awesome. The front desk staff work for the restaurant as well, we waited for over 10 mins at least twice while asked some helps, the lady checked out for us was impatient and bit rude. ”
