We kept emailing her regarding for directions to the property and check in process but she never got back to us. neither she replied. we have to show to the taxi driver the photo of the property in order for him to take us to the property. we were charged for something extra like late check out although we checked out at before 11 am and they were saying the towels were dirty and they are also charging us for this. when they never changed our towels during……

“The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.”
