“I went there with 2 friends and this worked out well for us. It seems to be converted from 2 small apartments so the layout is a little odd but for 3 guys it was no problem. It lacks a common area other than the main kitchen area seen in pictures, the rear deck which is a really nice feature and a small deck in the front with a view of the greenway. “This house was perfect for our group of 10! Exactly as pictured, very comfortable, and great outdoor space as well. The driveway is very narrow, but we were able to park 4 cars, carefully, as we arrived, and left the biggest vehicle on the street in front of the house, and just used that vehicle to get around. Management was great to work with us after checking out in retrieving an item left behind. Great experience!”

We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. (We were not locked out because my son was inside and could let us in).The apt looked just like the pictures and had everything……

“This is a beautiful property! I really like the open floor plan of the first floor and it was nice to have the grill and utensils available for our stay. Rags for handwashing dishes and outlets in the bathrooms would be my only criticisms. Nice Work!”
