We felt safe in the neighborhood and found it very easy to get around the city. The beds were comfortable, and the home was spotless. “We used this place for a girlfriend getaway and had a wonderful time. The place is beautifully decorated and has lots of extra touches for travel: luggage racks at the ends of beds, pipes to hang clothes, coffee/tea and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms. It had space for everyone to have their own room/bathrooms and a great open concept for kitchen/living room to gather in. The balcony was also beautiful if you can stand the heat of New Orleans! :). “The property was beautiful. The home was big enough for my family of five and furbaby. I felt safe enough to walk the dog around the block in the neighborhood. I cannot say enough about the convenience of having the Canal St streetcar only two blocks from the home. There are few things to mention. An added convenience would be to have a tv in all bedrooms. “We enjoyed our stay here, the homeowner was really friendly and the house was conveniently located to some of the more popular areas in town. Having the fenced in yard really made it easy to travel with our dogs. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and I loved the large bathtub. Would definitely recommend. ”

“The house was great, especially for the great price. Plenty of room and well taken care of. The host was very easy to talk with and took great care of us. My only thing I would let future groups know is that it is on a busy street with car noise at night. But outside of that, everything was spectacular. ”

The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. “This unit was in a superb location - right off the St. Charles streetcar line and in the Garden District. Close to attractions and stores/restaurants etc. Had one small issue and the response was immediate.”

“The Interior of the Property is nicely renovated but the exterior and the surroundings were not advised or described. It was a HUGE Surprise and somewhat intimidating and threatening. The backyard had the fence down which allowed ANYONE or ANYTHING to come into the property. While it is understood that the property and surrounding properties are currently being renovated but the security of properties should be paramount before offering the property for Rental”

“This was a great fit for our family! We loved the location and off-street parking. The house was comfortable, roomy, and quiet. The yard was perfect for letting our dogs out if they didn’t want to go far in the heat. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!”
