“Clean.easy to find.new appiances. Air condtioner is great. Unit is small but you know before hand. Only thing i would change is a step to the porch. You cant beat the area. Stores and restaurants close and you can safely walk anywhere. We did. StCharles street is few blocks away if you want to ride the street cars. I will be back.”

“Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. (We were not locked out because my son was inside and could let us in).The apt looked just like the pictures and had everything……

“We had a nice stay and really enjoyed our first visit to the city. The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The pillows were all the same, which I didn’t care for, but the other two people didn’t complain. The bathroom was loaded with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, the towels were soft & fluffy! The kitchen/living was very small but it……
