The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. The lodge looks is wonderful, all is green beautifully plants, the room is wide, clean cacfully and really nice, the food is diverse and delicious. Even the manger came to talk with you and welcome you. I have traveled all over and never enjoyed stay in lodge like I did this time. It considered 3……

“Brubru Lodge is amazing. The rooms are beautiful, the pool and garden is so clean and pretty. We had an amazing stay. Breakfast was delicious and we had dinner one day there it was really good as well. Its possible to get a transfer to the airport but it was quite expensive (70 dollar). To the main centre of moshi it takes you 25minutes by feet. It’s a perfect place to relax. ”

“Not as shown in pictures. Low key creepy… There was no free airport pickup (as suggested)—we had to pay. No running water, no toilet seat, bugs in the sink, no electrical outlets and very cold. We were also asked to pay twice. On the positive they fed us a nice breakfast. ”

“We already paid in cash but the hotel charged us again on our card. I reported it to Hotels.com and they immediately called the hotel. The hotel manager promised to check and get back. He never did what he promised. Hotels.com agents tried to contact the hotel again several times both via phone and email. The hotel ignored answering phone calls or replying to email. After 3 weeks of waiting, I wrote to the hotel manager. He admitted in his email that the hotel really double charged us but it……
