“I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. “Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. “I enjoyed that the hotel was right on the beach and promenade. The place was clean and overlooked the ocean! We had some difficulties and the staff quickly resolved them. It was a little tricky to get into the apartment because the elevator needed a fob and we weren't told about that. There was one left in the room., so that was good. ”

“This is a really beautiful hotel. The lobby has huge windows looking out on the ocean and it was one of the more picturesque hotel lobbys that I have seen. “the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! ”
