“Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. Owner was very responsive. You’ll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though. Very close to Bahá’i gardens, 1-2 mins walk to the ground terraces. Just few steps going out is Pizza Hut and some diners, ice cream, then around the block is a Bakery and some convenience store not by the……

“Tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Fuße der Bahai Terrassengärten (keine 100 Meter) im Deutschen Viertel. Frühstück nicht in Hotel möglich aber in kurzer Distanz 2 sehr gute Restaurants, die schon morgens geöffnet sind. Service war nicht besetzt, lief alles über Email oder Telefon (Englisch). Irreführend ist die Angabe eines Hotelparkplatzes (gibt es nicht), man muss draußen auf der Straße parken (es gibt dort Parkbeschränkungen). Würde dennoch wieder buchen, die Lage ist unschlagbar.”

We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. “Great stay at Kedem Hotel! Beautiful rooms, nice pool (although small), nice area, nice hiking options from the hotel, tasty breakfast, great staff, very accommodating and helpful (I wanted to have a few surprises in the room for my husband’s birthday and they helped with everything, they also helped with restaurant recommendations in the area), good massage. The view includes not only nature but also some buildings and a farm and some tractors, and the music from the pool and the animal noises……

“Unfortunately, because of the Israel-Iran war we did not stay at this hotel but I would like to say that the manager/owner was extremely understanding of the situation and refunded our reservation, even at the last minute. Very classy customer service for a lovely hotel! Yvonne & Henri Bensimon/”
