“特式的glamping體驗，不用去荷蘭，也能體驗芬蘭浴。 房間極寬敞，又有吊床。床有電毯，很暖和。 洗手間和澡堂在另一橦小屋，走1分鐘便到。冬天晚上，外出上洗手間便是考驗意志的時候，但值得的。”

“Nice lodge, close to bus line that reach the skiing area. Friendly and guests as well as management. All people are there for the skiing and you can make your own breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen. I would stay there again if going again.”

“They make everyone remove shoes before going in - well someone stole my shoes and they did nothing to find out who and how... Also - one night we woke up while one of the workers was going through our stuff in our room! He seemed drunk. The hotel explanation was sleep walking... go and figure. Also there were really loud parties on many nights. I dont recommend this place to anyone!”

“For the price, hard to get better than this. I’m coming to ski for 3 days in the Hakuba area. If you are like me, read on. Easy things first, the bad thing, this ryokan is located on top of a small hill, the last 50-100meter you need to walk up a small hill, in winter snowy times when the road is layered with snow or even ice, hauling your ski equipment is no easy task, if you are coming with kids or like me arriving at night could be challenging, location on google map is correct but the walk……

The rooms were generous in size, the breakfasts western style - every variety of eggs that you could think of, and the lodge is easy walking distance to the ski lift at Happo One or the shuttle service to other resorts.”

“優點: 地點算是方便, 有提供"接"的服務, 整體算乾淨 缺點: 1)人力不足, check out居然沒有送到車站的服務,僅協助叫車 2) 房間備品只有洗髮精沐浴乳吹風機毛巾熱水壺,沒了!!連水杯都沒有 3)早餐就是加熱便當 4)溫泉只開放4點到8點,對於日式旅館是很少見的,滑雪很需要泡湯,這讓我們很不滿意 整體而言就只是提供住的地方沒有任何服務,以這樣的房價來比,我相信有更好的選擇 If you only look for a hotel to stay, Bonfire can meet your expectation but nothing more. They even not provide tea cups in room. Breakfast is just a lunch box. They do pick you up to hotel but no more. We have a take taxi when check out. Public bath area is good but only open from 4pm to 8pm……

“I absolutely loved Q Lodge. Myself and my boyfriend stayed there for 17 nights and I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to the Hakuba snow resorts. We found the customer service to far exceed our expectations. The lodge itself seems to be set up for shorter stay, which is an explanation for my only issue which was the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean on arrival however our room was not cleaned during the stay. We were pleased and surprised to be provided with cooked……
