I found it handy to have the washer and dryer included, as well as the full kitchen. There are 2 bbqs on the property as there are two rental units. I would suggest inquiring about propane if you intend to use it. The one bbq i checked was clean but felt like the tank was nearly empty. The property manager I dealt……
