“Overall, we enjoyed our time. A few things that need to be addressed, like the distance between the parking and house. You'll need a wagon, something on wheels, especially if you are older. Checking in process is a bit confusing, we had to call the 800 #. However, it's a beautiful spot, very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend.”

“Everything was wonderful about our stay. One of the best rentals we have had over the years, and Janet has thought of everything, and the house is so very clean. The location cannot be beat with the waterfront, the dock and the swimming raft and loved having the boats available to us. Kitchen is well stocked and strong wifi (for those of us who had to do a little work while away). We didn't get a chance to watch the movies she has stocked, but there were a bunch of our favorites. “We had an amazing stay at this property for the week. We are a family of 4 plus a small dog. 2 bedrooms were perfect for the kids upstairs and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Perfect for a small family! We were within an hour to so much and our stay was just perfect. We rented kayaks from Ski Works who were also great. Great trip and we would absolutely rent again! “We have rented many placed in North Conway, mainly ski on/off. This is hands down the nicest property we have been to so far. Direct views of Cranmore Mtn (300 yards away) from the hot tub and upper deck. Extremely spacious, beautifully decorated and a perfect location to the mountain and town. Host was very accommodating and a Joy to work with. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking. ”

“We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. The chairs in the main area were about the only thing we would change. With the amount of rain, we were stuck inside but not very comfortably. ……
