“The house was just right for our group. It was very clean and modern, including appliances and furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the restaurants and stores. Instructions and communication on accessing the rental was clear and easy. Only a couple of things: master bedroom door wouldn’t close and wine glasses would have been nice. It was very well equipped. We had a nice stay!”

“We loved everything about the property. Very well taken care of, everything you need and more. The location was great. We brought our bikes and rode into town everyday, it was also very close to the launch ramp and some good hiking. We will definitely stay here again. “We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every minute. Sunrises and sunsets on the deck. The views of the mountains and the lake were exactly what we wanted. The chalet was close to everything on the south side of the lake and a short drive into Joseph. The host was super responsive to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay again. ”

“My wife and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed the location. Beautiful views from the living room and the wrap around deck. We enjoyed the open floor layout. The chalet was clean, and nicely furnished. We enjoyed rhe sauna that is on the property too. I would highly recommend staying in either of the two chalets. You will not be disappointed.”

“My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful but too short vacation to Brownlee Reservoir and the Wallowa Mountains in May. This wonderful old farmhouse was our base. With Bullock Orioles nesting in the back yard trees and a covey of Quail in the driveway, and the Powder River backing up to the hayfields of the ranch. A simple, clean, and well maintained accommodation, it was perfect for us and our dog. Literally 1/2 mile from two boat ramps and a mile from a good country grocery/hardware/liquor/fishing……
