“This property was selected for it's size, fresh open floor plan, light airiness, kitchen and living room; the home did not disappoint! Pictures are, as home was seen. While a few kitchen mainstay tools were missing (new home, understandable) and there was some laundered sheet confusion (all easily fixed), this property is 100% a gem and highly recommended. The views of Kachemak Bay, Grewingk glacier, local runway and Homer Spit are quite special, expansive and all-encompassing. Perfectly placed……

“I was so surprised to get into such a cute, well-priced get away with only a month's notice. It is tourist season in Alaska afterall. Quiet and comfortable with easy access to the town, I loved my stay. I thought I was going to experience a bear sighting on the first day when some bushes started shaking pretty vigorously, but it turned out to a large bunny who nibbled his way across the yard. It was the kind of wildlife encounter I can appreciate. I would definitely recommend this cottage.”

“This very well maintained property has an ideal location! My sons loved having a separate space and we all enjoyed sitting out on the upper deck the first day with ice cream we got from the shop 2 doors down. Safeway grocery and a great laundromat are just a quick 10 minute drive and a fishing lagoon is across the street or walk 10 min and fish on the end of the Spit.
