“This place was a great distance to Hershey and perfect size for my husband and I. The only thing is I didn’t realize the AC in the upstairs area where the bedroom and bathroom are all window units. They worked so that wasn’t the issue but it was quite noisy at night due to the house being on a busy street. That’s noted in the listing but I can usually deal with that in a normal setting. “We stayed three nights in order to enjoy Hershey Park. The location to the park is outstanding. We like to bring our own breakfast foods and dinner to save some money and the kitchen worked well. My only complaint is there were no potholders and only 1 dishwasher tablet. I am sure if we had called, they would have helped,..but I didn't. “This place was a fantastic stay and the view we had on the top floor was awesome! The host and cleaning staff were very helpful and responsive and even left us a little welcoming gift upon our arrival. They also give you 10% off at the restaurant downstairs (we are pretty sure the same people that own the restaurant also own the rooms upstairs). We ate there in our last day and the food was amazing. We definitely would stay here again!”

“We arrived to find no area to park. Area was terrible ! Every other home had surveillance cameras and beware of dogs signs. Neighborhood had litter strewn all about. I live and work in Detroit michigan so I know what a dangerous neighborhood looks like and this was extremely unsafe. I accept that I have to pay because I cancelled but I feel that I should not have to pay the cleaning fee because there was nothing to clean. “We stayed at this VRBO for one month after we were laid off and had our lease end at the same time so we could job hunt and apartment hunt. This apartment is very small, even for a studio, but it has everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities!I definitely would not recommend it for a month or longer, though.
