“Our family of 15 people had a wonderful stay in this beautifully modern decorated home. The home accommodated 15 people very well with lots of space for everyone to be together and spread out. “We stayed three nights in order to enjoy Hershey Park. The location to the park is outstanding. We like to bring our own breakfast foods and dinner to save some money and the kitchen worked well. My only complaint is there were no potholders and only 1 dishwasher tablet. I am sure if we had called, they would have helped,..but I didn't. It was very comfortable for a family with a range of ages from 3 to 18 years old. It was nothing fancy, but when there are kids involved, we don't want……

“We arrived to find no area to park. Area was terrible ! Every other home had surveillance cameras and beware of dogs signs. Neighborhood had litter strewn all about. I live and work in Detroit michigan so I know what a dangerous neighborhood looks like and this was extremely unsafe. I accept that I have to pay because I cancelled but I feel that I should not have to pay the cleaning fee because there was nothing to clean.
