“We had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Brookshaw in September 24. The villa is situated in a valley a short 5 minute drive from the town of Nea Skioni. The villa is very homely and well appointed and included everything needed for our stay. The outside and pool area was lovely with lots of seating, sunbeds with parasols and a BBQ. You can even enjoy the sea view from the upstairs balcony. The drive from the main road to the house is along a dirt road which can be a little challenging,……

“Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger, aber auch etwas abgelegener Lage, was wir sehr genossen haben. Haus im Hochsommer für max. vier Personen geeignet, da nur zwei Schlafzimmer klimatisiert. Sonst sehr geräumig. Garten traumhaft mit zahlreichen Liegemöglichkeiten. Nahegelegener Strand einsam und perfekt zum Baden. 7 Minuten zu Fuss, zurück bergauf entsprechend länger. Kommunikation mit Efi, Vermieterin, unkompliziert, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen,……

“Wir waren im Juli 2024 in dem Haus und im Grunde zufrieden. 2 Sachen muss ich bemängeln. Der Fernseher lief nicht bzw. man konnte keine Programme empfangen. In der Region soll es, gerade im Sommer, häufig zu mehrstündigen Stromausfällen kommen. Leider waren wir an einem Tag auch davon betroffen. In Summe ca. 10 Std. Den Generator hätte man da schon betriebsbereit haben können und nicht erst danach. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem zufrieden.”

“Great place for families and couples You have privacy and a lot of room to hang out by the pool or inside. Well appointed with everything you may need to cook dinner or just hang out. One of the best beaches is a minute drive omolofolos beach. We had someone available to us at all time, Mario was just a message away to help you with anything. Mario where is the best souvlaki, boom he responds in minutes with options. So go here you won’t regret it.”

“Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt , dass die Gastgeberin das Haus auch selber als Ferienhaus nutzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, gepflegt und hat einen tollen Grillplatz mit Kohlegrill, Gasgrill, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Terrasse. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind einige Bars am Strand und der Hafen mit verschiedenen Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.……

Beach to the South of the harbour with cafes and sun beds, beach to the North natural and unspoilt, so something for everyone. The property has nice grounds with pool. “Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Tolles Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Allerdings sind die beiden Doppelbetten im Obergeschoss ziemlich schmal für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet, allerdings muss man ständig spülen (keine Spülmaschine), weil von allem maximal sechs Teile vorhanden sind. Müslischalen oder ähnliches fehlen ganz. Insgesamt aber ein tolles. großzügiges Haus, was man durchaus mit 6 Erwachsenen bewohnen kann.”
