“This place checked all the boxes for a college friend reunion. Location was very central to UW and downtown. very clean, and quaint. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so if you have knee, hip or issues with stairs, this is not a good fit for you. But this was a perfect place to stay and very clean and cute. Communication was great!”

Overall very satisfied with our stay. The address on the VRBO listing was incorrect . We arrived at the wrong location initially and had to contact property manager and he promptly replied with the correct address. ”

“This is a beautiful historic house. The two-bedroom apartment opens from the first floor front porch. Parking is at the rear of the house, ample space. Lovely neighborhood. “We stayed here the weekend of my UWEC graduation. Although the drive into Eau Claire was about 20+ minutes it was the perfect location to relax during a chaotic weekend. The house is perfectly redone virtually new construction. The views waking up in the morning can’t be compared. Almost walking distance to one of the best Wisconsin supper clubs, Wissota High Shore. The kids had a great time catfishing and enjoying the night by the fire. ”
