“This cottage was just the cutest! The hosts left a nice handwritten note. It was the perfect mini vacation that felt secluded enough but also going to Waco was not a long drive at all from the cottage. I think the best part was seeing the sheep!”

“House was wonderful. Parts of neighborhood were a little scary but never felt unsafe at home. Would stay there again. We had everything we needed; it was very comfortable, clean, and organized! ”

“My family had to start our travels earlier than planned in attempt to out drive developing storms.I asked Erin for an earlier check-in and it was granted.Upon entrance, there was a personalized sign to welcome us, which helped me forget my wetness and weary. The location is what my family considers country! For us, that meant a bit of a retreat. The rain brought some crawlers out that had us carefully looking down to stop causing massacres. We preferred to observe but Erin knows the property and……

“We had a wonderful stay! The place was super cute, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!”

“The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place……

“The property is over 100 years old and has a few quirks but they only add to the charm. The remodeling is well done. Bed, living room seating and dining area were all comfortable and above expectation. Fenced yard was great for our dogs. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. The only negative was the road noise from loud music/engines of vehicles.”
