“We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay at this quaint studio in Philomath. It was convenient for all things Oregon State related and located conveniently to grocery and restaurants. It was everything we needed to visit our daughter at school.”

“When we arrived at the property it is clean and easy to get into with the pin pad. While it is an older building with historical value, it has been upkept and modernized.
